Customer Support Specialist

Bestgenmedrx is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support its remote team. The position supports a responsive customer experience by tracking questions from intake through resolution.

You will use available reference material to provide consistent answers and escalate matters outside established guidance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot routine issues using documented steps and available resources.
• Check existing knowledge articles for accurate, up-to-date answers.
• Handle difficult conversations calmly and respectfully.
• Use customer relationship tools to maintain accurate interaction histories.
• Explain service procedures and common product features in straightforward language.
• Identify requests requiring specialist assistance and escalate them appropriately.
• Close resolved cases with a concise record of the action taken.

Qualifications

• Accurate note taking and organization of open requests.
• Previous customer-facing work is helpful but not required.
• Ability to investigate routine issues systematically.
• Willingness to learn product information and support procedures.
• Clear written communication and courteous customer interaction.

Annual base salary: $47,000–$49,500 USD.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
