About the role
Join our dynamic e-commerce support team and help customers across the globe find the perfect E-Bikes, Bicycle Racks, and Motorcycle Racks for their lifestyle. You'll represent a leading B2C e-commerce brand specializing in E-Bikes, Bicycle Racks, and Motorcycle Racks — helping customers make informed decisions about innovative mobility solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate product details and technical specifications; assist customers with inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Draft and review support emails, monitor ticket backlogs, and follow up on pending inquiries to maintain service quality
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and keep customers updated
- Manage fluctuating workloads, co-handling an average of 60+ inbound/outbound calls per 12-hour shift window with your peer agent
