🌿 About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers via email. You'll guide them through our skincare collections, answer their questions, resolve issues, and make every interaction feel personal and helpful. All communication is in English.

This is a full-time contractor position, 100% remote.

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT)

(3:00 AM – 11:00 AM US Eastern Time / ET)

• Advanced written English. This is a hard requirement.
• Excellent written communication skills: clear, warm and professional emails
• A real passion for helping people
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Proactive mindset: if you spot a problem or have an idea, we want to hear it
• Experience in email customer support
