• Manage customer accounts by updating information accurately through data entry and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
• Assist clients with product or service questions, guiding them through processes with patience and clarity.
• Handle outbound calls when necessary to follow up on unresolved issues or promote new offerings aligned with customer needs.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
• Proven experience in customer support or call center roles, with strong phone communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in customer service scenarios with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience with outbound calling, cash handling (if applicable), and technical proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work independently remotely while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism.
