Customer Support Specialist — Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team in Canada.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and solving everyday customer questions. Previous experience in customer service is an asset, but we are also open to candidates who have strong communication skills and are willing to learn.

You will receive onboarding and training to help you become comfortable with our systems and day-to-day processes.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer questions by email, chat, and other company-approved channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related questions
• Help resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information
• Follow established company procedures and service standards
• Work closely with other team members when additional assistance is required
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and friendly approach to customers
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
• Previous customer service, administration, sales, or support experience is an asset

Pay: $51,300.00-$94,100.00 per year
