Shifts - 7 PM to 4 AM Fixed Shifts

Week Offs - Sat and Sun (Fixed Off)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive - Spanish to assist customers with parking charge notices, payment-related queries, and transaction issues through phone.

Please note this role involves speaking with customers in Spanish Language hence fluency in Spanish is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer queries related to payments and parking charge notices.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Deliver first-call resolution while maintaining high service standards.
• Update customer records and document interactions accurately.
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Spanish and English
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling inbound calls
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must
• Minimum Educational Qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) Role & responsibilities
