Key Responsibilities

• Assist subscribers with account management, billing inquiries, and subscription renewals or cancellations.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including app connectivity, streaming quality, and device compatibility (smart TVs, mobile, gaming consoles).
• Deliver exceptional service by responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with warmth and efficiency.
• Promote platform features and personalized content recommendations to enhance user engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO / Call Center experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic technical literacy and familiarity with digital streaming platforms and apps.
• Willing to work onsite in UP Techonohub Diliman, Quezon City, on shifting schedules (including night shifts).
