Customer Support - Sr. Associate

📌  Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate shipment tracking and fulfilment activities to ensure smooth order processing.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, and customer success teams to resolve customer issues.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to improving response times and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and the overall customer experience.
• Build positive relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
• Record customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, fulfilment, client operations, logistics, or eCommerce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar business tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
