Customer Support/ Technical Support - Voice - Chennai

We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately for the Customer / Technical Support role - Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer handling - Translate technical terms into simple, actionable steps for non-technical users.
• Assist users via inbound voice calls, live web chat, or e-mail.
• Processing requests: Handle product returns, exchanges, refunds, and account updates.

Skills Required:

• Candidate must have excellent communication skills,
• Freshers &candidates withe 6 months+ experience can apply
• Should hold basic technical skills like troubleshoot, Wi-Fi connection
• Candidate must have the ability to learn new things
• And should be flexible with shifts (Predominantly night shift)
• Clear verbal and written proficiency paired with active listening and patience.

*CTC varies based on the experience
