Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional for the role of CRT - Term
• Insurance Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing policy issuance,
• client coordination, and end-to-end service support while ensuring a seamless customer
• experience throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle policy issuance processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with customers for timely collection and verification of required documents.
• Maintain and organize insurance-related records and documentation.
• Provide prompt assistance and ongoing support to clients throughout the policy term.
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value of term life insurance products.
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and support them through
• underwriting procedures.
• Ensure effective two-way communication to address customer queries and service
• requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing and customer
• satisfaction.
• Deliver high standards of professionalism and service excellence at all times.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 2 year of experience in Term Life Insurance.
• Prior experience in policy servicing, customer relationship management, or insurance
• coordination will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
