Customer Service Executive Travel Operations
- Location: Gurgaon, Sector 32 | Hiring Radius: 30 KM
- Experience: 6 Months1 Year GDS Experience
- Vacancies: 25
- Joining: 20/21 August 2026
- Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 9-Hour Shift
- Process: Inbound Voice – Travel Operations
- Handle customer queries for Domestic Air, Hotel & Bus bookings
- Manage cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, amendments, baggage & seat requests
- No cab facility
- GDS: Amadeus/Galileo knowledge mandatory
- Minimum 6 months GDS experience in amendments/rescheduling
- Typing: 30 WPM | Accuracy: 85%+
- Versant: 4+
- Excellent English communication & customer-handling skills
- Salesforce/CRM knowledge preferred
- UG candidates with 6 months GDS experience can be considered
