Customer Support- Weight

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries through email, phone calls, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify documents and perform data validation to resolve issues efficiently.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas, and other reports for issue resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas (VLOOKUP), Pivot Tables, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
