🔸Customer Support with Norwegian | Remote within Poland🔸

Hey!

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

Tasks:

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements:

• Fluency in Norwegian B2/C1.
• Excellent command of English B1/B2 .
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.

What we offer:

• Cooperation based on a civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode in Warsaw: 58,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 53,00 gross/h.
• Bonus system.
• If you choose the on-site mode: the possibility of switching to hybrid cooperation after meeting the operational requirements of the project, and good performance. (3 weeks remote, 1 week onsite).
