Customer Support with Polish - Remote - Romania

We are looking to expand our team, the role is Customer Support and involves offering assistance by phone, email and social media in both Polish and English.

Work location: remote

Work schedule: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Mon – Fri, 10:00 – 19:00

• The customer support role involves providing assistance in Polish and English; there is no sales activity
• Typical interactions include issue troubleshooting, support for online orders, warranty support, product information, and case indexing;
• Financial offer: 6700 lei NET salary + meal vouchers (35 lei per working day ≈ 700 lei/month) + private medical assurance

You’ll Thrive If You Have...

• Fluent Polish(B2–C1) and good English (at least B1), both spoken and written
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer support, preferably in a contact centre/BPO environment
• A knack for problem-solving with technical and logical thinking skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced support environment
• The possibility of working in a remote mode
