Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries for UK/International clients.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally with empathy and accuracy.
• Provide accurate information using company tools and systems.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering a great customer experience.
• Be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts.

Eligibility
