Salary & Benefits

*Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month

* Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000/month

* Performance Incentives: Up to ₹9,000/month

*Cab Facility: Pick-up & drop facility provided

* 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Job Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers.

* Provide professional and courteous customer service.

* Understand customer requirements and resolve queries.

* Maintain accurate information and follow process guidelines.

* Meet quality and performance targets.

Requirements

* Graduate candidates.

* Excellent spoken English and communication skills.

* Comfortable working night shifts.

* Good customer-handling and communication skills.
