Customer Suppport Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Fresh graduate or recent college student preferred.
