Customer Training Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Customer Training Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training at customer facilities, traveling up to 50% across the US
• Lead engaging virtual training sessions for remote customers
• Identify customer training needs and customize materials accordingly
• Stay current with product offerings to ensure training is up to date
• Monitor customer progress during sessions and provide real-time adjustments
• Gather post-session feedback to continuously improve training methods

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer training experience for technical enterprise software
• Experience with modeling or BIM software is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience delivering in-person and virtual training
• Strong ability to customize training materials for various audiences
• Highly adaptable and resourceful with a passion for helping others learn
• Proactive and detail-oriented problem-solving approach
