What they need
Customer/Field Service Engineer
Working location at Penang & Kedah, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
*Provide technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning of equipment.
*Coordinate and liaise with customers for maintenance services.
*Maintain customer relationships to ensure prompt & professional products and services delivery.
*Must be able to work under stress and independent
*Able to travel on short notice.
* Performed other technical tasks as assigned.
* Hand on experience with Genmark is an added advantage.
Requirements:
*Diploma / Degree in Electronic/Electrical or any Engineering discipline.
*At least 2 years technical experience in Wafer fabrication, LED, FPD, WLP etc.
*Good technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills.
*Possess a valid driving license.
*Ability to inspire confidence and trust amongst colleagues and customers.
* Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
