ROLE MANDATE:

To ensure our customers receive top quality and excellent timely Dry Cleaning & Alterations service that is up to the Quality Care Cleaners standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tag and organize customer orders
• Follow Quality Care Cleaners garments cleaning and inspection process
• Bag garments and ensure quality cleaning and pressing has been done beforehand
• Service customers, both when receiving and returning clothes
• Work in fast paced environment, ensuring multiple tasks are done to customers satisfaction
• Hand fold clothes when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of customers service experience
• Previous experience in Dry Cleaners is an asset
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to use hand-held steam irons
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communications skills
• Dependable and Reliable
• Basic computer skills
• Must be resident of Canada
