Customer/Sales Administration Manager

Manage customer relationships via customer portals, CRM, emails, and conference calls; Analyze and validate customer orders; Act as the interface between customers, planning, scheduling, production, subsidiaries, and the sales department; Plan production according to orders and sales forecasts; Ensure the alignment between capacity and workload on production lines; Coordinate the various production sites and departments involved in the supply chain; Anticipate the risks of supply chain disruptions and monitor corrective and preventive actions; Manage and optimize inventory levels; Monitor logistics KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), customer satisfaction, and processing times; Conduct 8D and 5 Why analyses related to customer delays; Integrate and monitor customer forecasts to identify out-of-plan orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain or equivalent field; Initial experience in sales administration, customer relationship management or customer service, ideally in an industrial environment; Good command of office tools, particularly Excel, as well as ERP and CRM systems; Good level of English allowing communication and leading meetings with English-speaking clients; Good interpersonal skills, analytical ability and proactive approach.
