Customs Administrator (Logistics Engineer)

• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to customs laws, trade agreements, and import/export regulations to minimize penalties and fines.
• Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance for construction company.
• Shipment Coordination: Collaborate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and internal teams to arrange transportation, track shipments, and manage customs clearance processes .
• Customs Liaison: Work directly with customs authorities to resolve issues, address inquiries, and facilitate smooth clearance of construction materials and heavy equipment .
• Inventory and Logistics Support: Monitor inventory levels, optimize lead times, and coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Client Communication: Interact with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and support trade compliance objectives.
• Professional Development: Participate in industry events, webinars, and training to enhance knowledge of customs procedures and regulations.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
