Customs Admin/Processor

• Overall responsible for intermodal execution process.

• Track and trace the vehicles, manpower (mano) and provide visibility to customers.

• Report the shipments status timely and daily.

• Drive compliance and safety in daily operations

• Set up SOP/ IOPs, processes in line with customer’s requirements and internal processes.

• Set up regular meetings with internal parties and with external parties to review performance and im-

prove operation processes.

• Support Customer service, Sales and Products team in customer query resolution and exceptions han-

dling

• Be aware of the market intelligence and analyse what they are meant to our operations.

• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

• Monitor agreed service levels, and identify root cause when targets are not met, advise management

of potential service failures and / or trends.

• Promote e-commerce and drive continuous efficiency gains in a scalable platform

• Close calibration with all internal and external customers/vendors to keep good service level.

• To always behave in a manner consistent with and loyal to the A.P. Moller – Maersk values.

• Understand claims policy and its impact on company assets and guide customers best possible

through any potential claim situation

• Understand and be familiar with local KPIs and act in line with set targets. Drive continuous improve-

ments opportunities.
