Customs & Compliance Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customs declarations and related documentation.
• Handle import and export documentation, permits, and compliance requirements.
• Support LMW, SST, and customs compliance activities.
• Liaise with Customs, forwarding agents, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customs declaration, import/export documentation, or logistics will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Customs procedures, LMW, SST, or Dagang Net is an added advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
