Customs & Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage CHA (Customs Broker) activities.
• Support import and export customs clearance processes.
• Follow up on customs clearance status and resolve related issues.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery after customs clearance.
• Coordinate with transporters and other logistics partners.
• Check and manage customs and transportation documents.
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers/internal teams when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance or logistics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with CHA, freight forwarding, or logistics companies is preferred.
