Customs Assistant

Job Summary

Serves as the primary point of communication between customers and the company. Responsible for performing various customer support tasks, including shipment lodgment, quotation preparation, processing and generating shipping documents, and verifying duties and taxes. Maintains and develops strong business relationships with internal customers, external customers, suppliers, airlines, worldwide agents, and consolidators to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Customs Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig, and report partly to the Sucat, Muntinlupa office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
