CUSTOMS BROKER – ELECTRONICS DISTRIBUTION

The Customs Broker is a key member of the Logistics Team, managing import and export clearance, preparing customs documentation, and coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to support timely shipment release. This will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit import and export declarations, ensuring accurate and complete shipment documentation.

• Review invoices, packing lists, transport documents, and certificates of origin before customs submission.

• Check tariff classifications, customs values, duties, and taxes, resolving discrepancies with relevant teams.

• Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and transport providers to arrange inspections and shipment release.

• Monitor clearance progress and keep customers and internal teams informed of shipment status and delays.

• Maintain customs records and support compliance reviews, audits, and the resolution of clearance queries.

• Work with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange delivery following customs clearance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in logistics, international trade, business, or a related field
• Experience in customs brokerage, import/export documentation, or customs clearance
• Knowledge of Thai customs procedures, tariff classification, and import/export requirements
• Knowledge of NTSB, and TISI Licensing regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic customs declaration systems
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
• Good communication skills in Thai and English, with a collaborative approach
• Relevant customs brokerage training or certification is an advantage
