Customs Clearance Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end custom clearance processes for import and export shipments
• Coordinate with CHA, customs authorities, transporters, and customers for smooth clearance
• Verify and manage shipment documentation in line with customs regulations
• Ensure timely filing, processing, and clearance to avoid delays, detention, or penalties
• Provide accurate shipment status updates and resolve customer queries effectively
• Stay updated with changes in customs laws, tariffs, and compliance guidelines
• Monitor clearance timelines and identify potential risks or bottlenecks
• Work closely with operations, billing, and documentation teams for seamless execution
• Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and records as per compliance standards
