Customs Clearance Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customs Clearance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, or Logistics industry and possess strong business development skills to acquire new clients, build lasting relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, client meetings, networking, and referrals.
• Promote the company's customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales successfully.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Graduation).
• 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Logistics, or Supply Chain Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent business development and client relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
