Customs Clearance (Import & Export) Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to undertake all importing and exporting activities that related to manufacturing operations of the company, including of custom declaration, custom clearance, forwarding, transportation and tax exemption matters.
• Responsible to provide supports in handling of purchasing activities throughout oversea suppliers that related to manufacturing operations of the company and ensure that the procurement events are strictly follow to the standard procedures of the company, such as exceed order from ZELC or direct purchased from oversea manufacturers.
• Responsible to perform reporting to the management of the company and headquarter (ZELC).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management or any of Engineering Discipline
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
