Customs Clearance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of goods through customs.
• Analyze complex customs issues and provide solutions to minimize delays or penalties.

Job Requirements :

• 8-20 years of experience in custom clearance management or related field (e.g., EXIM).
• Strong knowledge of CHA (Customs House Agent) procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing various types of customs documentation (e.g., CIFS).
• Experience working with international trade transactions involving multiple countries.
