Customs Clearance PRO - Arabic Speaking

We are looking for a Customs Clearance PRO - Arabic Speaking to join our team. The role will include the following responsibilities:

Position Summary

A significant portion of MFC's business operations relies on the Customs Clearance & Freight (CNF) Division, which manages customs clearance requirements for both Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics operations. As part of our strategic growth plans, we aim to expand this service offering to new clients by leveraging our experienced team, deep industry knowledge, and strong market presence.

MFC is an AEO-certified organization with specialized expertise in the chemical sector, serving clients across Jebel Ali Port, JAFZA, and the UAE local market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the customs clearance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline for customs clearance and Freezone-related services.
• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients requiring import, export, transit, and Freezone clearance solutions.
• Promote MFC's AEO-certified capabilities and specialized industry expertise to prospective customers.
• Collaborate closely with internal operations teams and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and efficient delivery service.
• Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities for freight forwarding transportation, warehousing, and contract logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Customs, Jebel Ali Port, JAFZA, and other relevant authorities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and client presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities within the UAE logistics sector.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs Clearance, UAE Customs procedures, and Freezone operations.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the UAE logistics and supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Trade, JAFZA systems, and UAE Customs regulations.
• Existing client network within freight forwarding, trading, manufacturing, chemicals, or Freezone sectors will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
