Customs Clearance Specialist 清关专员

Key responsibilities:

• Verify customs-clearance documents received from headquarters and handle clearance issues.
• Create purchase POs and confirm customs K1 drafts.
• Submit payment applications for local charges and tariffs.
• Coordinate container collection and return to avoid storage and detention charges.
• Follow up on GRA notifications and inform the business team when goods are available for sale.
• Verify invoices with Finance based on warehouse documentation.

Requirements:

• At least one year of customs-clearance experience involving home appliances or electronic products.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Chinese-language ability is an advantage.
