About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Customs Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Samut Prakan on a full-time basis. This is a crucial position within our import/export and customs operations, responsible for accurately inputting and managing customs documentation and trade data. The role plays an essential part in ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating the smooth flow of goods across international borders. You will be integral to the success of our customs processing operations and will work closely with our logistics and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately entering customs declaration data, shipment information and trade documentation into relevant systems and databases

• Reviewing and verifying customs documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin for completeness and accuracy

• Processing import and export documentation in accordance with Thai customs regulations and international trade requirements

• Maintaining organised and detailed records of all customs transactions, filings and communications

• Assisting with the preparation of customs reports and reconciliation of customs-related data

• Ensuring all data entry work meets established quality standards and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within customs, import/export, logistics or a similar administrative role

• Strong knowledge of customs documentation and procedures, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn customs compliance requirements

• Proficiency with data entry systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work with large volumes of information

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

• Reliable and conscientious approach to work with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience with import/export software or systems is preferred but not essential
