QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Licensed Broker with adequate Brokerage experience.
- Knowledgeable in computing duties and taxes.
- Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Brokerage Supervisor in computing duties and taxes.
- Assist Brokerage team in handling clients inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork for all accounts managed.
- Check ETA and shipping details.
- Prepares documents to be processed by the processors.
- Coordinate with the Processors assigned regarding the status of their shipments/deliveries.
- Request advances for the processing and releasing of shipments.
- Other tasks in operations that may be assigned by the Management.
