Customs Executive - BE Filing

We are looking for a Customs Executive to handle Bill of Entry (BE) filing, customs documentation, and import clearance processes. The candidate should have knowledge of ICEGATE, customs procedures, and tariff classification.

Key Responsibilities

• File Bills of Entry (BE) through ICEGATE.
• Classify goods using appropriate HS Codes.
• Calculate customs duties, taxes, and applicable charges.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures.
• Prepare and verify import documentation.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, clients, shipping lines, and internal teams.
• Track shipment status and support timely import clearance.
• Maintain records and documentation related to customs filings.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ICEGATE and customs processes.
• Understanding of HS Code classification and duty calculation.
• Basic knowledge of import-export documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in customs clearance or CHA operations preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
