Job Description

Support the administration and execution of export processes and activities to ensure accurate, timely and compliant shipment handling, documentation and data management in line with business requirements and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of export processes and activities under supervision to optimize service quality and operational performance

• Provide administrative support for export documentation, including receiving, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing documents and information

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain relevant information in operating systems

• Conduct pre-alert screenings of export paperwork and ensure documentation is complete and accurate

• Update standard operating procedures and support documentation archiving processes

• Execute the filing of export entries in accordance with established procedures

• Track performance targets and maintain accurate shipment and physical status information

• Gather and consolidate data to prepare reports and performance updates for monitoring purposes

• Ensure compliance with established regulations, policies and export processes

• Identify and resolve recurring operational issues in accordance with defined processes, systems and methods

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient export operations

Requirements

• Vocational / Technical education or relevant certification

• Excellent command of English Language (written and spoken)

• Experience with MS Office and computer systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively with data, documentation and operational systems

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow established procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
