About the role

Jill L. Tolentino Customs Brokerage is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in customs brokerage, logistics, and import/export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and organization of customs-related documents.
• Support the team in monitoring shipment and clearance requirements.
• Assist with encoding, filing, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Help coordinate documentation with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Support customs processing and other operational requirements as assigned.
• Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to customs brokerage operations.
• Learn and follow company procedures, compliance requirements, and industry practices.

About you

• Currently taking a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration or a related program.
• Preferably required to complete an internship/OJT program.
• Basic knowledge of customs brokerage, importation, and exportation processes is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work effectively in a professional office environment.
