What they need
We are hiring a Customs Officer for our compliance department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import/export customs declarations and documentation in Batam Free Trade Zone
- Prepare and verify customs documents, including PIBK and Certificates of Origin (Form D)
- Maintain accurate customs records and ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations
- Coordinate with relevant departments and customs authorities to facilitate smooth clearance of goods
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher.
- At least 2 years of customs experience in Indonesia
- Familiar with import/export customs declarations in the Batam Free Trade Zone (PIBK / regular declarations), certificates of origin (Form D, etc.), and customs records
- Fluent English and Indonesian, Mandarin preferred
