Customs Processor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY:

1. Process the releasing of shipments at the BOC and other sub-ports as needed.

2. Prepare and secure completeness of documents for customs inspection and examination.

3. Check accuracy of all documents for the releasing and delivery.

4. Arrange truck bookings for the pull out of containers from port with truck dispatcher and TABS Booking.

5. Responsible for the handover of required NMIS documents for the delivery of goods to different cold storages.

6. Monitor movement of releasing while truck is at port until departure.

7. Secure BAI/NMIS receipts every after releasing for liquidation purposes.

8. Monitor turn over and transmittal of GPS Devices as time required.

SECONDARY:

1. Check completeness of documents for office filing and archiving.

2. Other administrative (Adhoc) function deemed necessary for the operation.

3. As the needs arises, he/she will be assigned as warehouse checker.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):

1. Knowledgeable in Import-Export clearance procedures.

2. With Logistics and Transportation background.

3. Familiar with process and guidelines of government agencies (BOC, BAI, DEA, NMIS, etc)

4. Good communication skills

5. Attention to details

6. Computer Literate

7. With analytical and technical skills.

8. Fast Leaner and open minded.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of BS in Customs Admin or any business-related course.

2. Must have at least 6 months of work experience in the same field.

3. Good moral character.

4. With motorcycle is an andvantage.
