Customs Representative-Paranaque Based

• Handling and checking Import and Export documentation and ensuring that all shipment documents are received by the Bureau of Customs
• Processing of Re-entry
• Preparing and updating shipments monitoring reports
• Having all documents processed and signed by BOC officers.
• Maintains an organized filing system for billing reports, examination reports, and BOC receiving copies.
• Zone processing as required
• Prepares Cash Advances of Port charges and other shipment expenses
• Prepares liquidation forms
• Representing the importer and liscenced Customs Broker during physical inspection of shipments
• Assist in the creation of shipment bills and documentation attachments
• Handles errands or tasks as assigned by the superior for the benefit of the company.
• Coordinates shipments with client, Broker,Forwarder,SL,Port,VASPs/BOC etc.
• Coordinates and updates concerns and issues to clients and superior

* Have owned motorcycle*

* Professional Driving licensed*

* Customs Administration Graduate preferably*
