Customs Specialist

Responsibilities :

(1) Monitor customs clearance progress and maintain effective communication with customs brokers;

(2) Conduct regular quarterly meetings with Hungarian customs authorities;

(3) Research EU import/export regulations and legislation;

(4) Investigate EU duty exemption policies and manage application follow-ups;

(5) Process relevant customs clearance preferential qualifications;

(6) Handling customs audits and resolving clearance anomalies.

Requirements：

(1) Minimum five years' experience in import/export clearance for European countries (automotive industry background preferred)

(2) Thorough understanding of EU regulations with ability to interpret and communicate content accurately

(3) Proficiency in EU Certificate of Origin processing procedures

(4) Fluency in Hungarian and English; or Hungarian and Chinese
