Cutomer Success Associate/ Management Trainee

Mathnasium of South Surrey, a locally owned franchise of the world’s leading math-only learning center, is hiring an Assistant Centre Director Trainee. Thisis a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team coordination, and business development. Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Enrollmen & Customer Service:

• Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the enrollment and onboarding processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction (both parents and students) in areas such as student progress, attitude and engagement through all communication channels

Administrative Leadership:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plans
• Manage student curriculum, update progress in the center system, and work with management on ensuring efficiency in center operation

Training & Development:

• Manage instructional staff, provide coaching, and help improve team performance
• Assume the roles for Instructor and Lead Instructor duties as needed, and manage all related tasks

• Excellent communication(both written and oral), interpersonal skills and teamwork

• Prior experience in office management, and multi-tasking experience is a huge plus
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Excellent time management and prioritization skill

Qualifications/ Experience

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, education, or related field. Or equivalent of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in management, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour
