Duties

• Prepare food items by cutting, portioning, and packaging according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols
• Manage food handling procedures with precision to ensure quality and freshness
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels
• Support sales efforts through upselling techniques and providing excellent customer service at the point of sale
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail transactions, cash handling, and order processing
• Ensure all food safety standards are followed diligently during every stage of production and packaging
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or food industry roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Basic math skills for cash register operations and inventory tracking
• Prior retail sales or cashier experience is a plus but not required
• Food service or restaurant experience demonstrating reliability and teamwork is desirable
