Cutting Machine Operator

The Position:
We are looking for a dependable candidate who is a team player to join our cutting department. This individual will be working in a team to cut fabric by hand and using machines.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:
Lifting and assigning roles of fabric to correct machines

Looking up pattern data to identify proper yardage to cut

Entering Style information into the computer

Sorting and labeling the cut fabric properly

Using the DSI gun to scan the fabric ticket

Performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machines (example: changing the blade)

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of fabric or plastic rolls up to 50 pounds as required.

Standing on feet for entire 8-hour shift.

Shift: Monday to Friday 7 am- 3:30 pm

Pay: $18.00
