Cutting Tool Technician

About the role

Cutting Tool Technician responsible for producing, sharpening, and adjusting cutting tools such as Drill, Milling Cutter and Tapping Tool using Manual and CNC machines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, sharpen and adjust cutting tools such as Drill, Milling Cutter and Tapping Tool using Manual and CNC machines
• Set up and adjust cutting tools for Milling and Chamfering processes, including Tool Presetting work
• Inspect size, shape and quality of cutting tools to comply with Drawing, Specification and defined standards
• Analyse and resolve issues related to cutting tools to ensure efficient operation
• Maintain, inspect and service machines, tools and equipment within the work area to keep them in working condition
• Perform work according to Safety, Quality and 5S standards of the work area
