Job Description

Visa is seeking a CWSO Analyst for our Contingent Labor Strategy Office Team.  This strategic leader will work closely with Hiring Managers and leaders on all aspects of the contingent hiring process.  This position will need to have someone that is talent-oriented and organizationally minded in order to take on the fast-based contingent environment that is continuously evolving and changing to drive change and ensure effective implementation of our Contingent Labor strategy at a Global level.  She/he will have a client centric mindset and will be instrumental in ensuring that the client experience is closely tied to our Talent Acquisition capabilities.  Must have MSP and VMS experience, preferably with SAP Fieldglass.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute key strategic initiatives to optimize MSP program performance, including:
  • Service offerings to new markets (e.g., APAC, LAC, etc).
• Implement process improvements for change management.
• Overhaul rate cards, contract templates, and knowledge articles (resources) to enhance efficiency, program socialization, and transparency.
• Develop cost-saving strategies, analyze, and advise business users of cost impacts with workforce decisions (FTE vs. Contractor & Brightfield Insights).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
  • (Legal, Finance, Sourcing, TA, Cyber Security) and MSP partners (AGS) to drive successful project implementation, business process change, and achieve business objectives for FY 25 and beyond.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Visa SOX & Data Privacy) by participating in audits and implementing corrective actions.
• In coordination with the CWSO Director, develop and enforce program systems access provisioning protocols
• Manage daily operational activities of the MSP program including monitoring service delivery performance to SLAs/KPIs.
• Manage Tier 1 escalation responses and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation and approvals for BPO support.
• Provide timely reporting and analysis for headcount and trends to senior leadership.
• Develop program data dashboard for enhanced visibility of vendor management and performance to improve program agility and decision-making.
• Streamline processes and optimize workflows (Program automation).
• Maintain up to date knowledge resources and documentation for the MSP Program.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
• Experience working with HR information systems or enterprise SaaS platforms, with a foundation in configuration, data management, or system administration activities
• Proficiency with data analysis, report development, or query tools used to extract and interpret structured data from HR or enterprise systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Experience with Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration or administration of modules such as Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll
• Knowledge of Workday reporting tools including EIBs, calculated fields, advanced custom reports, and dashboards
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements in support of system implementation or enhancement projects
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment, with familiarity with project tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Generative AI, automation, or machine learning concepts and their application within HR technology or workforce management contexts
• Experience performing root cause analysis on system issues and translating findings into actionable configuration or process improvement recommendations
• Proficiency with data integrity practices, including establishing and validating data structures, file formats, and interface requirements within HCM platforms
• Experience communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including HR stakeholders and IT partners
• Exposure to UX research methods, usability testing, or user feedback processes as applied to enterprise HR platforms or employee-facing digital tools
