Expert in conversational design best practices Experience in NLU tuning Experience in utilizing Dialog flow CX's Generative AI capabilities Experience in webhook development (NodeJS/Python) Git, CI/CD experience.

-**Generative playbook:**Intermediate level, ability to debug and troubleshoot the issue within playbook instruction

-**AI Application datastore:**Intermediate level, ability to understandindexing, debug the missing or non indexed URLs and recrawl them

-Good to have Intermediate knowledge of Voice bot designing

• **Agent Development:**Design and build complex, flow-based conversational agents using Dialogflow CX, including configuring intents, entities, training phrases, and flows.
• **NLU Optimization:**Train and fine-tune natural language understanding models using Standard or Advanced NLU to ensure accurate intent detection.
• **Fulfillment & Webhooks:**Implement custom fulfillment (webhooks) to connect virtual agents with backend systems (e.g., database lookup, CRM) for personalized interactions.
• **Voice/IVR Integration:**Integrate Dialogflow CX with telephony/IVR platforms (using SIP/SIPREC) to create voice-based virtual agents.
• Generative AI Implementation: Leverage Generative AI, generators, and data stores to create more dynamic, conversational, and context-aware agents.
• **Testing and QA:**Create test cases, manage versions, and use environment settings to test agent performance before production deployment.
• **Analytics & Optimization:**Use CCAI Insights to analyze call drivers, sentiment, and identify areas for improvement.
