What they need
- Run scripted mystery shops per market across web chat, app, social, voice and email, following a fixed scenario library.
- Run the same scenarios identically on named competitors so results are directly comparable.
- Capture full evidence per exercise: screenshots, transcripts, timestamps, wait and handling time, offers shown, discovery questions asked, consent capture, follow-up received.
- Complete the standard assessment form for each interaction (mostly yes/no and short answers mapped to Access, Discovery, Commercial, Closure and After-sale) with the evidence attached to each answer.
- Submit each completed form the same day; flag anything the form doesn't capture cleanly rather than forcing an answer.
- Turn findings into short "calling cards": two or three concrete observations a BD can use to engage a prospect.
- Research target accounts in a priority vertical: identify visible CX issues, buying signals and AI adoption triggers.
- Support the team in structuring vertical GTM material with company lists and evidence
