CX Systems Engineer (API & Data Integration)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on CX Systems Engineer to support and enhance our customer experience (CX) platforms, including contact center systems and basic AI-driven analytics.

This role is ideal for a Junior or mid-level engineer (1–3 years experience) who has strong fundamentals in backend development, API integration, and data handling, and is interested in growing into AI and contact center technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain APIs between contact center platforms and internal systems (CRM, databases, etc.)
• Support day-to-day operations of contact center solutions (voice, chat, email channels)
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., call volume, response time, CSAT)
• Assist in implementing automation features such as chatbots and workflow triggers
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to support system enhancements
• Perform basic data analysis to support customer experience improvements
• Troubleshoot system integration and data flow issues

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in backend development and system integration
• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or system integration will add advantage.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of Data Science or Machine Learning concepts
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
